Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters - Active Delaware bar admission - Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school - Excellent oral and written communication skills Responsibilities: As a Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney at this firm, you will be responsible for handling sophisticated fund formations and securities transactions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and provide legal counsel on various matters related to fund structures, regulatory compliance, private placements, offerings, mergers & acquisitions and more. This firm value collaboration and teamwork amongst their attorneys so you will also be expected to work closely with other members of the firm on cross-practice projects.
