Feerick Nugent MacCartney (South Nyack, NY) seeking a litigation attorney for associate position with at least 3-4 years of experience. Must be licensed in New York.

Licensure in other jurisdictions is a plus. Candidate will primarily work in matters dealing with General Litigation, Land Use Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation in both State and Federal Court. The right candidate has familiarity with substantive motion practice, strong command of the rules of evidence, experience with drafting complaints, discovery responses, memorandum of law for motions, and has excellent research and writing skills.

Starting salary range for 3 - 4 years experience beginning at $120,000-$150,000 depending on the applicant's qualifications and attorney registration status.
